Our Top 5 Sales Events in 2019

Alex Mackenzie is Director of Sales at Allego.

These days, some folks have sworn off events due to the opportunity cost of time spent out of the field, and the difficulty justifying the expense. At Allego, however, we’ve had great success driving meaningful business from event activities.  Event participation is even more important for us in advancing our account-based marketing (ABM) efforts because we get to meet our buyers face-to-face at event venues.

But because there are so many upcoming events, we thought we’d highlight a few of our favorites.  By attending, you’ll get to network with some great folks who can advance your career, hear some really inspirational keynotes, participate in informative sessions, and learn how to sell better and drive more revenue.

Here are the 5 events that we think are a must-attends this year. We hope to see you there!

An incredible retreat full of leaders and visionaries, this Frost & Sullivan event shouldn’t be missed.  Over 80% of the sessions are collaborative and interactive, so you’ll really be immersed in the subject matter. The event should produce a handsome ROI and help you forge great business relationships.

Unleash 2019, sponsored by Outreach.io, is all about becoming invincible and rising from impossible circumstances. This event will feature industry-leading innovators delivering awe-inspiring keynotes, and it will incorporate  training sessions to help you exceed your sales goals. As big users of Outreach here at Allego, we are really excited to hear about all of the new product capabilities they’ll discuss at the show. From my perspective as a sales leader, I also love this event because I get to network with and learn from people who do what I do for a living.

  1. SiriusDecisions Summit

Date: May 6-9th | Location: Austin, Texas

SiriusDecisions Summit is the must-attend event for innovators and trendsetters in B2B marketing and sales. This year, the event has a brand-new agenda that will help attendees understand the concept of working together for brighter business outcomes and accelerated growth in 2019. I attended last year’s Summit, where I not only met some amazing people with whom I continue to stay in touch, but also thoroughly enjoyed the audacious Halloween costume party.
