Top Sales Enablement Conferences to Attend in 2023
If you’ve been avoiding public events for the past few years, I understand. The pandemic wreaked havoc everywhere, our dollars don’t go as far as they used to, and air travel has been a nightmare. There’s nothing quite like staring at the map on a tiny seatback screen as your plane circles the airport waiting for a gate to open up (but I digress).
While 2022 saw many people returning to pre-pandemic activities, attendance at events was still lighter than the “before times” due to continuing health concerns, economic uncertainty, and lagging travel budgets.
But 2023 looks to be the year when things get back to normal. In fact, a recent Bizzabo survey found 85% of event organizers plan to host at least three in-person events, with 35% planning to host at least 10.
It’s time to get back to doing the fun things we’ve been missing out on—namely, attending industry conferences!
Sales enablement conferences and other events offer the ideal opportunity to build your career skills, learn about new technologies and new approaches to sales enablement, and network with professionals. You can also learn how your peers are solving the problems you may be struggling with.
No matter your role or your location, there’s an event for you. Attend one nearby, pick a fun destination to visit, or just attend online. Most of the conferences continue to hybrid events with a virtual track.
For many of the events, the details are limited—particularly those scheduled for later in 2023, when the venue and agenda are still a shared Google doc. However, the information here should help you start planning your schedule and travel budget.
So, ask your boss for the budget now, and attend a sales enablement conference next year. Below are the events that should be on your short list.

Top Sales Enablement Conferences for 2023
Allego Sales Success Summit (S3) – June 12-14, Boston
This is my personal favorite (not that I’m biased). Allego customers will come together for the 7th Annual Sales Success Summit. Enablement, learning, and sales leaders will learn from industry experts how to get the most value from their sales enablement. 2023 BISA Annual Convention – Feb. 26 to March 1, Miami
Anyone else remember the first week of March 2020? I recall departing the BISA Annual Convention and half-jokingly wiping down my airplane tray table with a Clorox wipe. If only I knew it would be two years before I attended my next event: BISA 2022!
BISA (the Bank Insurance & Securities Association’s annual event) will be back again in 2023 and offers insight and opportunities for those responsible for the marketing, sales, and distribution of securities, insurance, and other financial products and services through the bank channel. The theme for 2023 is Elevate, Energize, Execute. Sessions include Distant and Distracted: Recruiting and Retaining Talent in an Uncertain, Hybrid World; How to Thrive in the New Regulatory Norm; and The New Era of Client Engagement, Impact, and Importance to Client Relationships.
Forrester B2B Summit North America – June 5-7, Austin, Texas, and virtual digital experience
At B2B Summit North America, B2B sales, marketing, and product leaders get information and insight to help them build growth and drive measurable impact. The event is packed with strategic keynote addresses, more than 100 role-based breakout sessions, and a bustling marketplace to help you find the right solution provider for your marketing, sales, and product needs. After attending last year, I can tell you: This is the event to attend for anyone in Sales & Marketing leadership!
Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference – May 16-17, Las Vegas
At Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference 2023, chief sales officers (CSOs) and sales leaders get actionable insights, practical tools, and innovative guidance to help them acquire new customers and drive growth, improve customer experience, and accelerate performance within their business. Gartner has four tracks planned: Reinventing Sales Strategies to Drive Growth, Enabling the Commercial Organization of Tomorrow, Revolutionizing Sales Operations for Greater Scope and Impact, and Optimizing Revenue Technology to Boost Engagement. This event has been phenomenal even through a screen for the past three years. I can only imagine what the in-person event will look like!
LTEN – June 12-15, Phoenix
LTEN is the largest gathering of life sciences trainers and educators. Hundreds of L&D professionals representing pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics manufacturers gather to learn the latest best practices and find solutions to help them build a culture of continuous learning within their organizations. The event includes 12 learning tracks, dozens of micro-learning labs, workshops, speed coaching, and more.
Forrester B2B Summit EMEA – Oct. 10-11, London, and virtual digital experience
B2B Summit EMEA is an opportunity for attendees to explore new Forrester research, models, and frameworks. The event includes insightful breakouts, hands-on case studies, and inspiring keynote addresses—all designed to empower the strategies of marketing, sales, and product leaders and help them surpass their goals.
Sales Enablement Summit Series – Multiple locations and dates throughout 2023
At these events, sales enablement leaders from the world’s largest companies and most exciting startups gather to share sales enablement success stories, experiences, and challenges. Offering a collection of presentations, panels, workshops, roundtables, and more, the summits provide an opportunity to learn from, and network with, pioneering enablement experts.
