He takes a strategic, unified approach, with a keen eye on leveraging technology. He conducts research that focuses on developing new insights and solutions to help members and clients make talent development a competitive business advantage.
Before joining Brandon Hall Group in 2012, Claude spent more than 25 years as an executive and people leader in mid-market and Fortune 500 multi-media publishing organizations, including a decade as producer of the HR Technology Conference and Expo. He helped transform it from a small event to the world’s largest HR technology conference. He also has subject matter expertise in learning, hiring, and core HR and does advisory work in all of Brandon Hall Group’s HCM practices. He produces Brandon Hall Group’s annual HCM Excellence Conference. He is a judge for the global Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards and Excellence in Technology Awards. David Ashe, Director, Sales Development, Allego David is an innovative and proven leader who delivers rapid growth with exceptional results with over 9 years of experience as a sales development professional. In this role, he oversees a sales team responsible for growing the company’s customer base, revenue, and profitability within the United States. Prior to Allego, David was a Sales Development Senior Manager at Deltek, responsible for the strategy and management of sales operations, including the business development teams.
