Top Sales Enablement Conferences to Attend in 2026
By Brianna Butler-Peterson, Director of Customer Marketing & Events
Some of the most valuable moments at sales enablement conferences don’t happen on stage. They happen in hallway conversations, between sessions, and over coffee with peers who are tackling the same challenges you are. Those informal exchanges often spark the ideas, connections, and clarity that last long after the event ends.
In 2026, those conversations matter more than ever. As enablement continues to evolve — driven by AI and shifting buyer expectations — one of the fastest ways to learn what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s next is to meet up with others in the enablement community.
Whether you attend in person or virtually, choosing the right sales enablement conferences can help you sharpen your strategy, gain fresh perspective, and move forward with confidence. Below are some of the top events to consider adding to your 2026 calendar.
Sales Enablement Conferences to Add to Your 2026 Calendar
Allego S3 — May 4-6, Boston
Allego customers, executives, and industry insiders will come together for the 10th Annual S3 Conference. This year, enablement, learning, marketing, and sales leaders will explore how enablement has evolved — and what it must become next. While training, coaching, and content remain core to enablement, today the discipline’s true value lies in its ability to help organizations continuously adapt to change.
At S3, industry experts and practitioners on the front lines will share how enablement serves as a driving force for transformation. You’ll learn firsthand how they use enablement technology to help teams navigate new products, new buyers, new markets, evolving go-to-market strategies, and the accelerating impact of AI. More importantly, you’ll walk away with best practices for guiding teams through disruption with confidence, alignment, and effectiveness.
Plus, attendees will get a sneak peek at Allego’s product roadmap and new sales enablement features designed to help organizations not just react to change — but lead it.

This will be my 7th annual S3 (5th in person), and I can’t wait to see everyone again! If you can’t attend in person, Allego also has a virtual option with limited content available. I may be biased, but I’m confident this will be my favorite sales enablement conference in 2026.
2026 BISA Annual Convention — March 1-4, Tampa Bay, Florida
BISA (the Bank Insurance & Securities Association) returns in 2026 with its annual convention, bringing together leaders responsible for the marketing, sales, and distribution of financial products through the bank channel. This year’s theme, “Gather. Guide. Grow.”, reflects the industry’s focus on connection, leadership, and long-term growth.
Several members of the Allego team will be onsite, connecting with attendees to discuss their plans and priorities for 2026 — as well as the challenges they’re navigating. Allego President Mark Magnacca will also join Jared Geisler, Revenue Enablement Manager at Zions Bancorporation, and Antoine Walthour, Head of Client Experience and Service at MassMutual, for a must-attend session: “The Connected Advisor Journey: Using Digital Innovation to Reimagine Advisor Onboarding and Everboarding,” taking place Tuesday, March 3, at 1:45pm.
Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference — May 19-20, Las Vegas
At the Gartner CSO & Sales Leader Conference 2026, chief sales officers and senior sales leaders gain actionable insights, practical tools, and data-backed guidance to help them acquire new customers, improve the customer experience, and drive sustainable growth.

Attendees will hear from world-class speakers and thought leaders addressing today’s most pressing sales challenges and emerging trends. You’ll also have an opportunity to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a Gartner expert for a private consultation focused on your strategy and technology decisions. Key themes this year include AI-first sales strategies, executive leadership and influence, modern go-to-market models, and building agile, high-performing sales organizations — making this a valuable event for enablement leaders partnering closely with sales leadership.
LTEN — June 15-18, Kissimmee, FL
LTEN is the largest gathering of life sciences trainers and educators, bringing together hundreds of learning and development professionals from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics organizations. Each year, attendees come together to learn best practices, explore new technologies, and build a culture of continuous learning.
The event features more than 70 workshops across 15 content learning tracks, along with dozens of microlearning labs. While this year’s learning tracks haven’t been announced yet, past events have included an entire day focused on AI advancements — so expectations are high for another year of practical, relevant content. For those of us at Allego, LTEN is always a highlight, and we love the opportunity to connect with our life sciences customers in person.
Sales Enablement Summit Series — Multiple locations and dates throughout 2026
The Sales Enablement Summit Series brings together enablement leaders from some of the world’s largest organizations and most innovative startups to share real-world success stories, lessons learned, and ongoing challenges. Through presentations, panels, workshops, roundtables, and more, attendees gain practical insights. Plus they have an opportunity to learn directly from peers shaping the future of enablement.
Mike Ianni, VP, Head of New Hire Programs at Nuveen, speaks at Sales Enablement Summit Chicago
