As the company continued to grow, sales enablement needed a unified, mobile-first platform that could support field teams, integrate seamlessly with Salesforce, and scale alongside future AI-driven initiatives.

Challenge: Fragmented Platforms and Limited Scalability

Clarivate faced several challenges that limited enablement efficiency and hindered future growth. Sellers operated across fragmented systems, using Highspot for content management and Brainshark for learning. The lack of a unified, mobile-first experience made it difficult for field teams to access resources on the go. Enablement was further complicated by disconnected Salesforce environments spread across three separate instances. These challenges created scalability constraints that limited long-term growth and AI adoption. Maintaining and managing two separate platforms also drove up costs. Together, these issues created friction for sellers and made it difficult to deliver a consistent, modern enablement experience.

Solution: Consolidation and AI-Powered Enablement with Allego

To streamline enablement, Clarivate consolidated its ecosystem by replacing Highspot and Brainshark with Allego. This created a single, unified platform for content, learning, coaching, and digital selling. Platform consolidation simplified workflows and reduced operational complexity across teams. Allego’s Salesforce integration unified enablement across all three Salesforce instances. A mobile-first experience ensured seamless access for sellers in the field. Clarivate also leveraged AI-driven coaching through Allego Spark, Conversation Intelligence, and Dialog Simulators. Personalized user experiences were tailored by role, region, and segment. In parallel, Clarivate completed a rapid migration, moving more than 11,000 content items, over 200 courses, and more than 2,000 users onto the platform.

Results: Strong Adoption, High Engagement, and Lower Costs

Clarivate saw rapid adoption and measurable impact across its global sales organization. Average adoption reached 85 percent across teams. Sellers engaged heavily with the platform, generating more than 193,000 content views and completing over 1,700 courses. Within the first 60 days, more than 300 Digital Sales Rooms were created to support active deals. Consolidating tools into a single platform reduced overall costs. At the same time, the seller experience improved through better navigation and personalized homepages. By unifying enablement under Allego, Clarivate delivered a scalable, AI-powered sales experience that supports both current needs and future growth.
